Health Science Study Illustrations & Infographics

How are families with psychosocial problems cared for in the health system and how well do the actors in the health system cooperate with each other and with child and youth welfare services? The National Center for Early Help (NZFH) has addressed these questions and specifically surveyed maternity clinics as well as gynecologists' and pediatricians' practices. We have prepared the comprehensive results of several studies in infographics and illustrations on behalf of the Federal Center for Health Education.

Quality Development through Research Services of the Early Help Network

When a child is born, parents sometimes find themselves in stressful situations that they cannot cope with alone. The offers from the Early Help Network then provide targeted support. Early help is aimed at families and children from pregnancy to the age of three and helps parents to take good care of their children, especially when things get difficult and problems arise. Help is available from family midwives, family, health and pediatric nurses, family companions, parent-child groups, early intervention centers or baby consultation hours. The NZFH supports the institutions and specialists involved in developing needs-based offers, especially for families in stressful life situations. This is done, among other things, through quality development offers and scientific research.

Research Focus Cooperation in the Healthcare Sector

As part of the research cycle "Together for Families (ZuFa) / Monitoring - Health and Early Help", the NZFH has investigated the cooperation between various actors in the health care system and child and youth welfare.

The research cycle consists of several studies with actors from three different areas of the health care system, which are the most important cooperation partners from the perspective of early help due to their early and comprehensive access to families: outpatient gynecology, maternity clinics and outpatient pediatrics.
