Simply explained Poster Exhibition on Doctoral Projects

Pretty clever! Under this motto, sixteen doctoral students from Bremen University of Applied Sciences presented their projects as part of a poster exhibition we created. Not only do the researchers take center stage in life-size, but also their very personal perspectives on their research work. For the realization of the exhibition posters, the doctoral students not only had to pose in front of our camera, but also get to the heart of their research topics. In an initial workshop, generally understandable communication texts were developed together.

To the point Research compact & clear

Sometimes it is not so easy for scientists to briefly explain to friends and relatives or other uninitiated people what exactly they are researching. On behalf of Hochschule Bremen, we therefore asked young researchers to "pack" their doctoral projects into the box - just as much space as one can carry and hardly any room to digress.

Researchers in focus At eye level

As life-size portraits, the young researchers stand almost up close to the exhibition visitors and are presented in personal profiles. The central questions they are addressing hover over their heads, striking and catchy. These include, for example, the question of whether tourism makes people poor or whether the tank eats up the plates. The doctoral students provide the answers to these and other questions in very personal project descriptions in the box. The research work and its practical use are presented.
